The rulebook.
Team & robot requirements
- Team size: maximum 3 members.
- Microcontroller: must use one with an IR sensor.
- Chassis: any base/chassis allowed (maximum size 10” x 10”).
- Motors: any RPM, any motor driver.
- Battery: maximum 12V allowed.
- Prebuilt circuits are not allowed.
Competition rules
- The robot must follow the black line on a white surface.
- No touching the robot during the run.
- Maximum 3 attempts; each failed attempt deducts 5 marks.
- Arena dimensions: 12ft x 6ft.
- The robot must navigate various junctions to reach the finish point in limited time.
Scoring & penalties
- The fastest robot to complete the track wins.
- Judges evaluate overall performance to declare the winner.
